FKI Logistex Appoints Gary Savarese as Project Manager
Savarese's professional experience includes several years as a material handling consultant and as a project engineer for Mott's, as well as 19 years as a senior engineer for Best Foods, now a part of Unilever. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
"Gary's practical experience on a wide variety of material handling equipment and machinery and his customer-oriented point of view will be a welcomed, unique sales resource for FKI Logistex," says Andy Modale, sales manager, FKI Logistex North America. Savarese reports to Modale.
Chairman of the Eastern Equipment Committee (a technical committee of the Institute of Packaging Professionals), Savarese is also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He is married with two children and will be based in Edison, New Jersey.
