JAI PULNiX Introduces New CV-A2 Analog Machine Vision Camera Based on 1/1.8 Inch CCD Image Sensor
The CV-A2, capable of 15 full frames per second, features 1628 x 1236 resolution. All settings, such as shutter speed, gain, trigger modes, readout modes, etc., are selected via an RS-232C interface using short ASCII commands via a terminal emulator, or by using JAIs Control Tool software.
The target markets for the CV-A2 include industrial inspection systems and high-end surveillance (including intelligent traffic systems). The CV-A2 is especially suited to inspection applications in which step-and-repeat operation is required. With a higher resolution camera, fewer steps are required to inspect the same object.
The CV-A2 is available now. Volume pricing is available upon request. Visit www.jaipulnix.com.
