June 29, 2006 - Bosch Rexroth has updated the semiconductor section of its website as a destination for tool designers and end-users to find new ideas and innovative products that help improve productivity, increase throughput, raise reliability, and lower costs in semiconductor manufacturing.

Located at (www.boschrexroth-us.com/semicon ), the new site showcases how Bosch Rexroth electric drive and control, linear motion, assembly, and pneumatic products can be applied in semiconductor manufacturing applications.

The site also features application-specific information for items such as front-end processing, back-end processing, metrology, testing, automated material handling and factory integration. In addition, the website offers industry news and views as well as success stories showcasing the use of Bosch Rexroth products to improve tools and processes.
