		Matrikon acquires Axonwave Software - 02/21/07 The purchase price is $4.5 million in cash for all issued and outstanding shares of Axonwave, which at closing has net tangible assets estimated at $3.7 million. Axonwave Software is a private company based in Vancouver, BC, that makes Content Intelligence System software for analyzing unstructured data, such as word processing documents, email and PDF files.

		Nizar J. Somji returns to Matrikon as interim CFO - 02/12/07 Somji founded Matrikon in 1988 and was chief executive officer until December 2005 at which time he retired to become Chairman of Matrikon’s board. Somji has stepped down as Chairman of the board but will retain his directorship. Hugh Bolton, who most recently acted as Lead Director following four years of service as board Chairman, will resume the role of Chairman.

		Matrikon supplies process information management system to Australian mine - 11/22/06 Matrikon's Australian division will supply a Process Information Management System (PIMS) to Xstrata’s Australian copper and zinc-lead-silver operation, Mount Isa Mines. The solution will allow Mount Isa Mines to optimize metallurgical operations and increase production and processing performance through the web-based access to real-time and historical operations data.

		Matrikon™ is on Track to Achieve Expected Growth - 04/12/06 Second quarter revenue grew by 7% to $17.89 million from $16.72 million in the comparable period of fiscal 2005. Income from operations was $2.64 million in the second quarter of 2006, compared to $2.42 million in the second quarter of 2005.
