		New surge protection for PROFIBUS systems - 06/28/06 At just 35mm high, the D-UFB-PB is ideal for use in the latest generation of Siemens PLCs. The D-UFB-PB is designed for PROFIBUS-DP applications with data rates up to 12 mbps. Surge protection is integrated into the fieldbus connector, saving space. The PROFIBUS cable connects directly to the surge protector, so there is no need for an additional protective device to be installed to the PROFIBUS connector.

		Pulse I/O modules communicate via wireless from remote sites - 06/20/06 The digital pulse input module accepts pulse/frequency signals, while the output module accurately reproduces pulse counts or frequency outputs. 		Phoenix Contact Introduces Relays to Measure Current and Voltage - 05/16/06 The 22.5mm wide, DIN-rail mountable modules can be used for monitoring currents and voltages in numerous applications. The current monitoring relays are designed for monitoring AC and DC currents ranging from 0 to 100mA, 0 to 1A and 0 to10A. The voltage monitoring relays are available for monitoring single phase AC and DC voltages ranging from 0 to 30V, 0 to 60V and 0 to 500V.

		Phoenix Contact announces Bluetooth Wireless Radios - 05/11/06 The PSI-WL series is an interoperable set of license-free Bluetooth standard radios. Class I, Div 2 approved and easy to use, these high-speed radios offer connectivity to any Bluetooth-enabled device such as PDAs, PCs, or other PSI-WL devices. One model is a DIN-rail mount package that interfaces to RS-232/422/485 electrical formats. Modbus and additional industrial protocols are also supported.

		Phoenix Contact Introduces Single Phase, 40 A Power Supplies - 05/10/06 QUINT single phase, 40 amp, 24 volt DC power supplies effectively double the maximum current output available in single phase, industrial grade DC power supply technology. The power supplies have a wide operating temperature range of –25 to +70 °C. They offer adjustable output voltage between 22.5 and 29.5 V DC.
