		Weidmuller revamps LED indication fuse terminals - 01/02/07 Upgrades include a BFI (Blown Fuse Indicator) circuit, which uses a high efficiency LED that emits a bright signal throughout a complete voltage range. Because of the wide voltage range of the BFI circuits, 16 part numbers now make up what was once represented by 40. This consolidation translates to fewer items end users will have to specify due to various circuits.

This disconnect terminal now accepts pluggable jumpers, which will save significant time in installation and maintenance. The new ring-lug terminal blocks offer a finger-safe design, which eliminates the need for standard or customized dust cover, and the hinged shroud allows easy and safe wiring.

		Weidmuller Introduces Dual Disconnect Test Terminal Blocks - 05/01/06 WTR dual-connection disconnect test terminal blocks provide companies in the process industry the ability to easily perform measurement and testing for quick failure detection. The terminals feature screw connection technology and are available in two versions: WTR 4/ZR-Branch, or WTR 4/ZZ-dual connections on both sides. These space-saving designs may eliminate the need for a second terminal block with jumper accessory.

		Weidmuller Simplifies Circuit Testing with New Disconnect Test Terminal Blocks - 04/17/06 WTL 4/2 STB Disconnect Test terminal block makes it possible to open the busbar in the terminal and for the adapter to make contact with a single action. This make-before-break design assures continuous operation of the circuit during the test procedure. With the WTL 4/2 STB, the order in which disconnect and contact is made is simply determined by the length of the color-coded plastic lug on the test adapters.

		Weidmuller’s Rectangular Connectors work in corrosive environments - 04/13/06 RockStar rectangular connectors have a die-cast aluminum housing with a stainless-steel locking system as standard, a high-quality multi-layered surface sealing, and laser-etched identification marking. With these standard features, the housings are suitable for corrosive environments and are ideal for industrial applications.

		Weidmuller Introduces Copper/Fiber Managed Industrial Ethernet Switches - 02/20/06 Equipped with a full range of standard features, these 8-, 16- and 24-port copper/fiber Managed Ethernet switches provide Ethernet network management, and visibility into industrial Ethernet networks by generating statistics such as data rate, throughput, and the number of error frames being received.
