Deacom to supply ERP to Hunter Amenities
Hunter Amenities is one of the world's leading formulators and manufacturers of exquisitely crafted and fully customized personal care amenity programs for major hospitality corporations, boutique hotels, spas, and cruise lines, as well as custom personal care products for major retailers. For over 25 years, the company has crusaded to be a partner to their customers' success through continual improvement of product quality and service performance.
In order to better carry out its mission, Hunter Amenities initiated a search for a cosmetics ERP software system. Software criteria included extensive inventory visibility and total integration of all business processes in one system, in order to eliminate its existing usage of multiple databases and subsequent conflicting report data.
The DEACOM ERP System was selected based on its specialization in the cosmetics and personal care product manufacturing industry. DEACOM seamlessly handles all areas of these manufacturers without costly customization or third-party programs, allowing companies to remove redundant and inaccurate data entry while providing in-depth reporting capabilities from summary reports to transactional details across the enterprise.
"Deacom knocked the ball high in the air in how they handle the business process issues facing companies like ours," says Rick Belford, MIS Director at Hunter Amenities. "We feel Deacom understands our needs, and more importantly, will accommodate our needs competently."
