Submit Product & News Releases to Automation.com

Automation.com is pleased to offer free product and news release publication for our global industrial automation, process control and instrumentation audience.  To ensure your product and news releases are published, please follow the release submission guidelines provided below. All product and news releases are archived in the Automation News section of this website. 

Additional Exposure: You can also add your new products to our searchable Product Showcase with the purchase of a Featured Supplier Listing.  Your new products will automatically be added to our Product Showcase where site visitors can search for products by keyword, product category, manufacturer, and release date.   Each of your new products will also include inquiry mechanisms with e-mail form, phone and web link.  To have all of your products added to the Product Showcase, please refer to our Product Showcase Levels in our online Media Kit.

To have your company's product and news releases published on Automation.com, please follow these guidelines...

• Send releases electronically to press@automation.com.
• Send releases in WORD format (as an attachment) or as plain text in the body of your e-mail.
• Include any applicable images as separate attachments in .JPG, .GIF or .PNG format. Please do not embed images in the e-mail message or in the attached WORD document.
• Product releases must be about a new or enhanced product.
• News releases can include company news, acquisitions, application stories, new or enhanced services, literature items, catalogs, white papers, data sheets, etc.
• News & Product releases must include date of release, contact, and company information.
• We will typically not run news releases that are unrelated to automation, or releases that announce sales price promotions, "we are going to be at a show", application stories that do not name the end user, magazine awards, or some trivial enhancement to a product. We also will not typically run releases that are too old. (Note: We Google almost everything).
• Please include e-mail address, phone number and web site address for further product inquiries. All releases will include a link to your web site's main page. Only advertisers with a Featured Supplier Listing will receive an e-mail inquiry link, phone number and link to product spec. sheet or product-specific site page (if available).
• All releases must be timely and industry related.
• Please do not send Zip files.

Note: We reserve the right to use our editorial discretion when publishing your product and news releases on our site.
