JOB POSTING AFFILIATE  PROGRAM

Our affiliate relationships are important to both our Employer Members and our Techie Members.  For our employers, affiliates help to increase the exposure of employer job postings within the automation and controls industry.  For Techie members, affiliates provide easy links to hundreds of job openings within the industry.   Automation.com offers two different types of affiliate relationships:

Current Job Posting Affiliates

Our affiliate program helps drive more traffic to our website, while branding the Automation.com name within the industry. The program enables the users of other websites to view the job opportunities that are posted on Automation.com. Our affiliate websites have incorporated job search and posting capability on their own websites, powered by the Automation.com database engine. The end result - we attract even more industry professionals from these other popular industry websites:

Banner or Button Affiliate Program  

Allows the affiliate to display an Automation.com banner or button on their website.  This banner or button will provide users with a link enabling them to join Automation.com membership, either as an Employer Member or as a Techie Member (Jobseeker).  In return, Automation.com will pay the affiliate $1.00 for each new Techie Member that originated from the affiliate's website, and 10% of any job posting transaction conducted by new Employer Members originating from the affiliate website.

As an option we will consider a banner/button swap in lieu of paying commission for new members and job postings.  Banner or button locations are to be determined and negotiated on a case by case basis, and may be dependent on site page statistics, traffic levels, and comparable location costs.

Job Search & Posting Affiliate Program 

Allows the affiliate to incorporate job search and posting capability on their website, powered by the Automation.com database.  Under this agreement, Automation.com provides the affiliate with the necessary software modules to enable affiliate site users to perform job searches from the affiliates website.  A simple form on the affiliates website will allow the affiliate users to enter keywords and/or locations for a specific job search.  This search results in a list of jobs, corresponding to the search criteria, that are posted on the Automation.com website.  The following information about each job will be displayed:  Job Title, Employer, and Job Location (city and state).  The job title will include a hyperlink to a full job description and contact information as posted on Automation.com. 

As part of this agreement, the affiliate will provide users with a link enabling them to join Automation.com membership, either as an Employer Member or as a Techie Member (Jobseeker).  In return, Automation.com will pay the affiliate $1.00 for each new Techie Member that originated from the affiliate's website, and 20% of any job posting transaction conducted by new Employer Members originating from the affiliate website.
