    Our office seeks an experienced HMI, MMI, or SCADA Programmer / Engineer. This position will be responsible for configuring and programming automation and controls systems involving HMI (human machine interface), MMI (man-machine interface), or SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) systems.   Must have proven experience in HMI, MMI, or SCADA logic and programming with any of the following software packages: Wonderware, Rockwell, Intellution, GE Cimplicity, Ci-Tech, Iconics, Siemens, US Data, etc.  Must be familiar with tagging conventions, data logging and reporting, boolean logic, symbol conventions, etc.  This positions will be responsible for all aspects of a project including design, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up.  Experience with external paging, alarming, reporting packages, and Visual Basic programming is a plus.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in programming leadership as well as the ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.  This person will be the project technical lead and may be responsible for some project management activities.  A BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering is desired. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position is required.  Experience in Automotive, Food Processing, Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or Water/Wastewater industries is a plus.
