Aaxeon releases PCI, PCI Express and PCMCIA Serial Cards

April 10, 2007 - Aaxeon's family of products includes 2, 4, and 8 Port RS-232 cards and 2 Port RS-422/485 cards for both the PCI and the new PCI Express bus. In addition, there are 1 and 2 port RS-232 PCMCIA cards.

“With the release of the Serial Communication cards, Aaxeon has shown that it is committed to providing a full range of Industrial Networking products. We feel these products will complement our already very successful line of Industrial Ethernet Switches and Media Converters and our soon to be released line of Serial to Ethernet Device Servers,” says Carl Stelling, Vice President of Sales for Aaxeon Technologies. “Many of our Industrial Networking competitors have decided not to provide Serial Communications products, but we feel there is a significant installed base of legacy products that our customers want us to support.”
