ASI Introduces a New Inductive Ring Sensor

ASI Introduces a New Inductive Ring Sensor
Carlisle, PA - Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc. has announced the introduction of a new inductive ring sensor, the XSR Sensor.

The XSR is activated whenever a metallic object passes through the inductive ring, making the XSR ideal for applications where detecting small pieces of metal within the sensing range or for detecting breaks in any continuous metal feed through the ring are necessary. The XSR uses M12 sensor cables for electrical connection and has an operating voltage of 10-30 VDC. This sensor also comes equipped with LED indication and an IP67 protection rating.

ASI’s XSR inductive ring sensor, data sheets, technical specifications, “Special Internet” pricing, and availability can be found on the ASI website. A new easy-to-use selector guide is now available and all of the components can be ordered Direct Online with a saving of 20 - 50%.
