ASI Introduces S50 Universal Tubular Sensors

January 9, 2012 - Automation Systems Interconnect (ASI) announces S50  universal tubular sensors. providing functions of proximity, polarized retoreflex and through beam.  Also available with class 1 laser emission, added advanced functions of background suppression, background /foreground suppression, analogue displacement and contrast and luminescence, allowing the S50 series to act as one housing for all applications.

The S50 is carried out-by either potentiometer, which is sealed to IP67, or using the EASYtouch  push-button teach system, which allows for a rapid and precise automatic setting of the switching points.  This sensor is a flat plastic tubular housing, ideal for M18 nut or screw mounting or metal cylindrical housing and cable or M12 connection with EN standard NPN or PNO NO-NC configuration.

The data sheets, technical specifications and all pricing and availability can be found on the ASI website.
