||
March 27, 2007 - Carlisle, PA (Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc.) The new e-stop station from ASI comes with a red actuator and a yellow enclosure to meet international and domestic requirements. The red switch on a yellow background normally reserved for e-stops meets OSHA, NFPA 79 and ISO 60204-1 requirements. These safety compliant emergency stop switches are now available in both metal and plastic and with either a 40mm or 60mm operator head. The yellow enclosures can be fitted with any of our expanded line of e-stop switches also including momentary, maintained, pull to release, maintained, twist to release and maintained, twist key to release operators. These high quality emergency stop switches are ideal for all types of industrial and process control applications as they meet either Nema 4, 4X and IP65 ratings. The innovative rear panel locking design and mounting feature makes the ASI E-stop switches one of the easiest in the industry to install in a panel. Up to 6 auxiliary contacts can be added to the operator and they can be easily wired even after assembly. In addition to the individual switches, ASI offers complete control stations where the customer can order the e-stop in one station or a multiple station which could include the e-stop, pilot lights and other types of switches all in one unit. |
