| AXIOMTEK announces SBC84822 3.5-inch Embedded Board | ||

 Taipei, Taiwan, June 28, 2007 - AXIOMTEK released a new high performance but cost-effective 3.5-inch embedded SBC powered by mobile Intel 915GME/910GMLE express chipset. The SBC84822 supports low voltage Intel Pentium M and ultra low voltage Intel Celeron M processors onboard for fanless capability and equipped signal/dual channel 24-bit LVDS LCD support and DualView functions. It is suitable for wide range of embedded and automation applications with high performance and extreme low power consumption such as transaction terminals, POS, kiosk, gaming, and more. This significant platform supported low voltage Intel Pentium M and ultra low voltage Intel Celeron M processors onboard for fanless capability as well as Socket type CPU selectable which is easier to obtain in the field and more cost effective. Built-in the mobile Intel 915GME/910GMLE express chipset, consisting of the Intel Graphic Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) and Intel I/O Controller Hub 6-M (ICH6-M), the SBC84822 offers optimized integrated graphics solution with 400 and 533 MHz front side bus. In the meanwhile, it is equipped with signal/dual channel 24-bit LVDS for large size LCD panel displays; furthermore, the DualView features supports CRT and LVDS outputs with different contents and different resolutions. The 3.5-inch embedded board features a low power design and supports one 200-pin DDR2 400/533 MHz system memory up to 1 GB. Besides, it comes with rich I/O features including Serial ATA-150, 4 USB 2.0 ports for high speed peripherals, CompactFlash for SSD storage devices, mini PCI expansion for various functional modules like wireless LAN card and full speed Gigabit Ethernet via PCIe bus. “AXIOMTEK is dedicated to developing reliable embedded products continually.
