| Bosch Rexroth names Milt Coleman Product Marketing Manager | ||

March 27, 2007 - Charlotte, NC Bosch Rexroth Corporation is pleased to announce that Milton Coleman has accepted the position of Manager of Product Marketing and Technical Support for Bosch Rexroth-Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies Group, effective January 8, 2007. Based in Rexroths Charlotte, NC linear motion facility, Milton will be responsible for planning, directing and implementing all activities in the Product Management, Application Engineering and Customer Service Groups. Under his leadership, the Groups will develop long-term sales and marketing processes and will coordinate strategic product plans, with an intensified focus on customer support. As an employee of Rexroth for approximately 10 years, Milton has served in various positions such as Applications Engineer and Product Manager for our linear group as well as Regional Sales for our Assembly products group. His experience working with distributors to identify customers, create sales strategies and provide support make him a valuable contributor to our Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies Group, says Ernst Iseli, Vice President/General Manager at Bosch Rexroth. We anticipate sales growth and positive margin development with all of our products. Between 2002 and 2005, Milton helped double sales for Rexroth by focusing on targeted customers and spending time with regional sales teams to support key accounts and develop new customers. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
