B&R offers control and operation in one panel device
September 21, 2006 - The new Power Panel PP45 is an addition to the successful and time-tested Power Panel family. The compact dimensions and integrated control, visualization and I/O interface make it a cost-efficient complete solution for machine manufacturing.

Ethernet and X2X Link are used for the communication system. Additionally, these devices have been equipped with a slot for interface cards. Depending on the requirements, the Power Panel can be expanded using ETHERNET Powerlink, CAN bus, Profibus DP, or RS485/RS232, making it perfectly suited for any type of demanding task.

All components and the 5.7" QVGA LCD display are contained within a compact housing. B/W or color displays are available, optionally with function keys or a touch screen. The PP45 is operated fan-free and is front-side IP65 protected. It can therefore also be used in harsh environments.
