Carsem, a leading provider of turnkey packaging and test services to the semiconductor industry, announced that they were selected as austriamicrosystems’ primary assembly and test supplier for austriamicrosystems’ entire Standard Linear and High Performance Analog product lines for industrial, medical, communications and automotive applications.
