| Cooper Bussmann Announces New Responsibilities for Vice President of Global Electrical Marketing |
ST. LOUIS, November 16, 2005 Cooper Bussmann announced that Victor Swint, vice president global electrical marketing, has assumed added responsibilities for coordinating new business development, merger and acquisition activity for the entire division. Swint joined Cooper Bussmann in August 2003 as vice president, marketing and new product development. He has been instrumental in helping to lead the organization in the implementation of many best practices, and the introduction of numerous products and services. Victors background, experience and vision for our future will be a great match with the business development needs of our division, said Kevin Stein, president of Cooper Bussmann. He and his team will be charged with investigating potential acquisitions, new business opportunities and fill our pipeline with customer-driven ideas for new electrical products. Swint previously held positions of increasing responsibility at Danaher, Monsanto and Emerson Electric. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, and his MBA from Harvard University.
