Series 757 – M12 style IP 67 Sensor/Actuator Junction Box with Spacer

WAGO Corporation offers a complete line of IP 67/68 rated sensor/actuator junction boxes to the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM family of products. The 757 Series is available in 4,6, or 8 ports with either 4 or 5 poles per port (5 pole versions allow 2 signal lines per port). The master cable can be configured via a M23 Connector or pre-installed on the junction box (pre-cabled version). The M23 version allows the master cable to be connected/disconnected from the junction box and offers an IP 67 rating, i.e. protected against dust and effects of immersion – 15cm and 1 m. While the pre-cabled version offers an IP rating of 68, i.e. protected against dust and long periods of immersion under pressure.

“Our new line of sensor/actuator junction boxes offer a full complement of standard features at very competitive prices,” claims Mark DeCramer, Advanced Electronics Product Manager for WAGO Corporation. “Many of the standard features built into the 757 Series would be considered options on competitive products.”

Product Features and Benefits:

  • IP 67/68 rating for application in harsh environments.
  • PUR Halogen free insulating material for all cables. PUR for its performance in high flexing, bending, and torsion stress applications, as well as its resistance to oil, grease, coolants, and other aggressive substances. Halogen free for its increased safety (no corrosive emissions, no toxic gases, no flame propagation, and low smoke emission) where there is a risk for property damage or loss of human life due to fire.
  • Halogen-free, Silicon-free, and UL 94 V-0 material for the junction boxes. Silicon-free for applications such as paint spray booths, food/beverage processing, etc. UL 94 V-0 for its flame retardation properties.
  • Junction boxes are fully potted to ensure system integrity.
  • Back of junction box is pre-marked with pin out, color-coding, and circuit diagram.
  • “Unique to WAGO” spacer module to ease installation via creation of a modular manifold style mounting concept.
  • Pre-configured, industry standard mounting hole platform.
  • Marking tags/holder at every connection point allows for ample identification.
  • LEDs for easy power and signal status indication.
