.jpg) Customization for Remke Wire Management Products In Remke’s family of Tuff-Seal™ wire management products, customization means customers can mix and match from our extensive selection of special materials, wire mesh, components, threading, custom packaging and private labeling to develop the wire management product that meets specific application or environmental needs. SPECIAL MATERIALS Remke cord connectors can be manufactured out of the following materials: SPECIAL WIRE MESH Wire mesh, used to prevent cable pull-out and abrasion, is available in a variety of materials including non-magnetic tin coated bronze, stainless steel, galvanized steel, plastic-coated galvanized steel strands, and non-metallic strands SPECIAL COMPONENTS/OPTIONS Remke’s wire management products can be customized with the inclusion of a variety of components including multiple hole bushings in a variety of hole combinations, slit bushings various bushing materials including neoprene, silicone, Viton® and Buna-N, locknuts and embedded O-Rings. Other options can be evaluated based on specific application requests. SPECIAL THREADING Remke offers its customers these choices for threading including NPT, Pg, Metric, NPS and others based on application-specific requests. Custom packaging and private labeling is also available. Remke is second-to-none in manufacturing and production of custom connectors. To provide our customers with the most choices and the quickest turn-time on orders, Remke manufactures and stocks an extensive amount of product at the component level. |
