August 14, 2008 - During the two-day course, DEACOM users from the batch process and building component manufacturing industries learn how to create and run user-definable financial statements, including balance statements, income statements, and cash flow statements for corporate and divisional reporting. After learning system concepts from a Deacom instructor on day one, participants spend the second day applying those lessons to their company's financial data via remote connectivity to their DEACOM System. The application structure of the DEACOM® Financial Statements course allowes attendees to make strides in the financial management of their businesses.
Deacom University courses are held monthly at Deacom's headquarters in Wayne, PA, providing attendees with conceptual and practical knowledge in specific DEACOM functionality. Participants can earn continuing professional education (CPE) credits through the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
