May 2, 2011 - Grace Engineered Products introduces the M8 extra-duty, in-use Thru-View cover for in its customized GracePort data port interfaces.
This UL Type 3R housing is designed to protect against damp or wet environments, and allows customers the ability to plug items into their customized GracePort and close the cover providing in-use protection against rain or moisture. Additionally, with recent changes in the 2011 National Electrical Code - primarily the clarification on how to protect outlets when installed on the outside of enclosures and the recognition that most residential in-use receptacle covers are not suitable for commercial and industrial usage - the GracePort extra-duty, weather-resistant M8 housing is a solid, dependable choice.
