| Honeywell Sensing and Control Introduces Limit Switches |
Minneapolis, MN., February 2006 Honeywells (NYSE: HON) Sensing and Control Strategic Business Unit today announced an addition to its comprehensive range of electromechanical limit switches. This new GLL limit switch extends Honeywells existing line of compact limit switches to include a potential solution for high volume applications. The new GLL limit switch meets Honeywells world-class quality and reliability requirements and comes in a compact and lightweight RoHS compliant package at a price that is up to 40% lower than comparable products. Potential OEM applications include elevators, escalators, aerial platform lifts, packaging equipment and industrial doors.
