ICONICS appoints Mark Fountain Western Regional Sales Manager

November 4, 2008 — Today, ICONICS announced the hiring of a new Western Regional Sales Manager.

Mark Fountain has joined ICONICS as Western Regional Sales Manager. Fountain will report to Michael Hiefner, ICONICS’ North American Sales Director and will be responsible for developing and directing the sales efforts of distributors, systems integrators and representatives along with obtaining and developing certain direct end users and OEMs for the region. In his new role, Fountain will be responsible for new business development in ICONICS’ Western Region, which includes California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii.

Prior to joining ICONICS, Fountain acquired extensive sales knowledge in a variety of industries. As Senior Account Representative for Inotek Corporation in Dallas, TX, he was responsible for the North Texas territory. While there, he achieved the single largest sale in the company’s history. As a Senior Manager of Global Key Accounts with Intellution, Inc., Fountain was responsible for direct and indirect key accounts worldwide, achieving “Top Gun” and “Salesman of the Year” distinctions. Fountain’s professional experience has given him the skills necessary to become a valuable addition to the ICONICS team.
