| ICONICS Introduces Several New Products |
ICONICS introduces its first Microsoft .Net based products! March 3, 2003 - ICONICS, a leader in the development of industrial automation software tools for Microsoft Windows, is showcasing several new members of its GENESIS32 family of automation software tools at its exhibit in the Microsoft Booth # 812-North Hall, at the National Manufacturing Week Expo., McCormack Place, Chicago, IL. Highlights of the ICONICS exhibit include: New release of GENESIS32 Version 7.0. ICONICS flagship HMI visualization and SCADA product is already the industry's most advanced solution for Windows and OPC (OLE for Process Control) based applications. Now supports Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) v6.3, used in Microsoft Office XP, and includes several new product modules and over 400 new ground breaking features. All-new ReportWorX.Net v7.0 for Microsoft.Net is the first in the suite of Manufacturing Intelligence products which integrates data from different data sources, using advanced data-mining techniques, into powerful reports which can be scheduled and directed to Email, PDF, Fax, printers or published to Web Servers. New AlarmWorX32 Multimedia v7.0 notifies users wherever they might be. AlarmWorX32 has included the ability to email, fax, page, send alarms via voice and phone. Now AlarmWorX32 includes the ability for users to Call-In to listen and operate their alarms like a voice mail system. All-new ProjectWorX32 module, is included with GENESI32 and seamlessly integrates with Microsoft SourceSafe, provides application collaboration capability to OEMs, systems integrators or any user. ProjecWorX32 also includes a powerful project deployment feature. Project applications can be packed and deployed to any other computer making moving applications very easy. New WebHMI v7.0 ICONICS unique WEB-enabled HMI and SCADA product is now "Firewall and corporate IT friendly". WebHMI includes Internet, intranet and OPC over SOAP/XML communications. Also included is a new multi-page Web publishing capability, allowing easy creation of Industrial HMI and SCADA Web applications. New Pocket GENESIS v7.0 is the industry's most complete suite of Pocket PC® based HMI and SCADA products designed to plug and play with GENESI32, Pocket GENESIS runs on any Pocket PC running Pocket PC OS 2002 or greater. It also supports new Blue Tooth and 802.11B wireless Ethernet. Pocket GENESIS includes Pocket GraphWorX, Pocket TrendWorX and Pocket AlarmWorX for complete Wireless based HMI. New ScriptWorX32 v7.0, a powerful application that allows the creation and management of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) 6.3 scripts. User defined VBA scripts can perform OPC read and write operations to any OPC server and execute based on period, alarm and event schedules.
