Machine builders join Rockwell Automation program

July 13, 2009 — Ten leading machine builders have recently joined the Rockwell Automation Machine Builder program, part of the company’s PartnerNetwork framework, which includes more than 5,600 specialists in industries, applications, geographies, technologies and services around the world. The Machine Builder program comprises OEMs that commit to harnessing the technical and sales resources of Rockwell Automation to give end customers a competitive advantage. Customers gain more assurance that they are receiving the most technologically advanced systems available from best-in-class machine builders.

The program, exclusively designed for OEMs, helps machine builders increase market awareness with customers, expand into new market sectors, and improve technical and functional excellence. OEMs also enjoy improved customer engagement through promotion and co-marketing opportunities with Rockwell Automation. The new Machine Builder program members include:
  • ADCO Manufacturing offers a complete line of hand- and auto-load cartons, top-load carton formers and closures, wrap-around sleeves, custom machinery, and corrugated tray formers and case packers.
  • Aspect Automation designs and builds custom web processing, discrete assembly and packaging and filling automation solutions, supported with regulatory compliance and engineering services.
  • Delkor Systems offers end-of-line packaging systems, with innovative solutions to automatically form, load, inspect, wrap and seal secondary packaging trays, cartons and cases.
  • EAGLE Technologies offers design efficiencies, technological advancements and customer service for assembly, test, vision, robotics and material handling systems.
  • Fargo Automation designs and manufactures custom and standard packaging lines and packaging machinery for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
  • Osgood Industries offers specialty filling/sealing and container-closing machinery for food, dairy, drug and cosmetic industries.
  • Oystar Jones offers a comprehensive range of value-added engineering and total packaging line services that include cartoners, pouch/HFFS machines, robotics and beverage cartoning equipment.
  • Schneider Packaging offers a comprehensive line of packaging solutions that include case packing, robotic palletizing and systems integration.
  • Triangle Packaging specializes in packaging automation products for the food industry, including vertical form fill seal baggers, combination weighers, and bag-in-box systems.
  • United Bakery Equipment is a leading manufacturer of automated slicing and packaging equipment, including baggers, slicers, wrappers, and tray loaders for bakeries.
