| IntelliCom Announces the Configurable Modbus Web Gateway |
The NetBiter® webSCADA Modbus is a configurable web interface to Modbus RTU devices, for easy monitoring and control. Configuration is done by a web-based user interface in the product. Halmstad, Sweden, October 13 -- IntelliCom, is proud to announce a new configurable Serial Ethernet product in the NetBiter® series. The new product, NetBiter® webSCADA Modbus acts as a web interface to one or more Modbus RTU devices. The Gateway holds an embedded web server with web pages inside. By connecting serial Modbus RTU devices to the Gateway it is possible to configure what data (Modbus registers) to be monitored and controlled through the onboard web pages. To get a better view of the application the user can upload graphical images of the installation. The Graphical User Interface is very straightforward and configuration of Modbus registers is easy. The Gateway also acts a pure transparent connection between serial Modbus RTU devices to the standard Ethernet protocol Modbus TCP, supported by all major SCADA systems and PLC’s. The NetBiter® webSCADA Modbus has the following features: * Ethernet port (10/100 Mbit) * Serial port RS232 / RS485 - Modbus RTU * Configurable web interface * Supports transparent Modbus RTU – Modbus TCP * Up to 32 Modbus RTU Slaves are supported * Very simple configuration (Node address, IP-address etc) * 9-32 V AC/DC * DIN-rail mounting About IntelliCom IntelliCom Innovation AB (www.intellicom.se) offers products, services and solutions in the area of Communication technology and Ethernet solutions.
