| ISA approves Wurldtech CS2SAT SCADA cyber security tool | ||

VANCOUVER, BC – January 23, 2008 – Wurldtech Security Technologies has been named by ISA as an approved service provider to support users of the newly launched Control Systems Cyber Security Self Assessment Tool (CS2SAT). The CS2SAT application, developed by Idaho National Labs (INL) as part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Control System Security Program or CSSP, is an online tool that provides organizations that use SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and industrial control systems with a self-assessment tool for evaluating the security of the control system. As part of a marketing and distribution agreement between the DHS and ISA, the ISA’s Automation Standards Compliance Institute has selected industry leaders such as Wurldtech to participate in implementation and support services for this newly launched tool. By participating in the CS2SAT’s support program, Wurldtech is demonstrating its leadership in providing solutions to protect mission-critical systems and commitment to ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the world’s critical infrastructure.” As part of the customer service program, each purchased CS2SAT license includes two (2) free hours of phone support from ISA approved industrial automation controls security experts. The CS2SAT is based on control system related federal codes, industry standards, and best practices to assist individuals performing an assessment in identifying actionable control system cyber security mitigations.
