3 Packaging OEMs join Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork Program

March 7, 2011 - Douglas Machine Inc., Kliklok-Woodman and Nercon Engineering & Manufacturing have joined the Rockwell Automation Machine Builder Program. The program gives end-users access to skilled machine builders that have proven their ability to deliver high-quality, innovative machinery. As part of the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork framework, the Machine Builder Program consists of industry-leading OEMs who share Rockwell Automation business values and are committed to delivering solutions that will help lower manufacturers’ total cost of ownership.

To become a part of the PartnerNetwork program, which includes thousands of specialists in industries, applications, geographies, technologies and services around the world, machine builders must demonstrate both innovation and market leadership in machine design, and development that incorporate Rockwell Automation solutions. Members of the program benefit from the opportunity to increase market awareness with customers, expand into new market sectors, and improve technical and functional excellence. This select group also has frequent opportunities to collaborate with Rockwell Automation on product development and design reviews, allowing them to apply the latest technologies to their machines.

The new Machine Builder Program members include the following:

  • Douglas Machine Inc. specializes in the manufacturing of secondary packaging equipment including cartoners, sleevers, multipackers, high- to low-speed case and tray packers, shrink packers, and multiwrap bundlers for the food and beverage industries.
  • Kliklok-Woodman  manufactures quality, reliable cartoning and vertical-form-fill-seal packaging machinery for the snack food, bakery, frozen and prepared food, confectionary, contract packaging and non-food industries.
  • Nercon Engineering & Manufacturing is a highly regarded designer, integrator and manufacturer of packaging and process conveyor systems and material handling equipment. Products range from pre-engineered, in-stock conveyors to customized packaging conveyor lines engineered to solve production needs.
