| Lee House joins GarrettCom as VP of Engineering and CTO | ||

May 20, 2008, Fremont, Calif. - Lee House joins GarrettCom as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for all software and hardware engineering at GarrettCom, including development locations in California, Massachusetts, Virginia and India. House has 19 years experience in R&D and product development, with a focus on local and wide area networking including Ethernet and IP. He was most recently Vice President of Engineering for Ditech Networks and has previously held executive and senior management positions at 3Com, IBM, and Jetstream Communications, including responsibilities for product planning, systems level engineering, and leadership of multi-location teams. He received his MBA and MSCE from Duke University, and his BSEE from Christian Brothers University. Lees extensive experience in communications and networking product development, combined with his business background, make him the perfect choice to lead the continued expansion of GarrettComs software-rich and highly configurable line of hardened industrial networking products, said Frank Madren, GarrettCom President.
