| Martel Electronics Introduces BetaGauge 311 Advanced Single Sensor Pressure Calibrator |
.jpg) Londonderry, NH–Martel Electronics Corporation has announced the introduction of its new BetaGauge 311 Single Sensor Pressure Calibrator, which provides unmatched pressure measurement flexibility over any competitive unit. The BetaGauge 311 provides 0.025% FS accuracy on its internal, isolated, stainless steel pressure sensor. An external pressure module connection supports all BetaPort-P pressure modules for even greater measurement capability. A Pt100 RTD input is provided for temperature measurements accurate to 0.1 °C (0.2 °F). In addition, the BetaGauge 311 measures 4-20 mA loop current and up to 30 VDC. An internal 24 V Loop Power Supply can power a transmitter under test. The BetaGauge 311 supports up to three simultaneous measurements in any combination, including two pressure measurements. With simultaneous display of pressure and an RTD temperature measurement, the BetaGauge 311 is ideal for gas flow calibration (custody transfer) applications. The new BetaGauge 311 Single Sensor Pressure Calibrator provides a number of convenience features. Temperature compensation ensures accuracy in field applications. Switch test can be performed on internal or external pressure input. Percent (%) Error and damping functions are provided. Up to five frequently used setups can be stored and retrieved with one button recall. The last setup used is automatically recalled on power-up. The BetaGauge 311 provides layered operating modes, which supports simple measurements and complex applications. The large graphic-style LCD with backlight and three “soft” function keys make the 311 easy to read and setup. The compact, rugged design operates on standard AA Alkaline batteries. The BetaGauge 311 is available in any range selected from 5, 15, 100, 300, 500, 1000, 3000, 5000, or 10,000 PSI. The basic calibrator comes with a soft carrying case, NIST traceable calibration certificate, instruction manual, test leads and batteries. It is also available in a Kit, which includes the BetaGauge 311 Calibrator, RTD Pt100 Probe, batteries, manual, NIST-traceable certificate, test leads, and hard-sided carrying case.
