August 8, 2008 - Parker Hannifin SSD Drives Division introduced the TS8015, a 15 inch operator interface panel to complement its existing line of HMI devices. With a bright TFT XGA display and touch-screen, the TS8015 includes features normally found only in PC-based displays, but at a much more competitive cost.
Communications on board
The TS8015 includes 4 high-speed RS232/422/485 communication ports and an Ethernet 10/100 Base-TX port. A standard USB port is provided, along with free DSI8000 software, for fast downloads of configuration files and access to trending and data logging, while data can be collected and stored on a standard CompactFlash card. A built-in web server and FTP server/client make remote communications quick and easy.
