August 19, 2008 - Automation Systems Interconnect announced the introduction of a new line of grey DIN rail mounted spring clamp connection terminal blocks that have been designed to simplify and reduce wiring time. The new range of spring clamp blocks come in a broad range of sizes from 4 mm up to 16 mm wide, that can handle wire sizes of 26 – 2 AWG. They carry ratings from 15 amps at 600 volts up to 76 amps at 600 volts.
A wide range of accessories including snap in markers, test plugs and the new PTC push in jumpers, that can be used for staggered jumpering are also available. The new terminal blocks are available in space saving versions of two, three and four connections as well as multiple level versions to space valuable panel space. For added convenience circuit disconnect and fuse holder terminal blocks are also available. The new grey spring clamp terminal blocks are UL approved along with many other international agency approvals.
