Parker publishes guide to Daedal positioning products
June 27, 2008 – Parker’s Electromechanical Automation Division released of a new catalog featuring its Daedal brand of positioning products. The 328-page, full-color guide covers linear motor-driven tables, screw-driven automation tables, miniature positioners, belt-driven automation tables and drives and controllers.

New in this catalog are products and features just released into the Parker offering, including an upgraded HLE60 design, which offers easy belt tensioning at the idler end of the actuator, allowing belt tension to be adjusted without removing the load; a longer-stroke MX80L, with a 200mm travel option; and easier-than-ever custom motor mount options for the HD Series.

The catalog also features a new quick-selection chart for ease of product selection and three families of our Parker Bayside products: the Ultra Series linear stages and the R Series Worm-Drive Rotary and DDR Series Direct-Drive Rotary positioners.

Printed on recycled paper, the Daedal product catalog is part of Parker’s green initiative, which seeks to reduce waste and ensure a sustainable future for our planet. Other projects in this effort include special Parker products for applications in the energy industries, such as solar scribing, hybrid vehicles and the Vectrix electric scooter.

This catalog is complementary to the vast selection of motion control products that are presently being offered by the Parker Automation Group. From this core family of products, Parker’s Electromechanical Automation Division can design a wide variety of plug-and-play bundled solutions to meet customer needs.
