| Remke donates part of its sales to Fisher House Foundation |

August 7, 2008 - ‘EVEN HEROES NEED A HELPING HAND’ is a new program from Remke Industries where from August 2008 thru February 2009 five percent of all eligible product sales will be donated to the Fisher House Foundation. Tom O’Gara, president of the company, states that “Remke is proud to support our brave service men & women and their families whose service to our country keeps America free. Our goal is to donate $100,000 dollars to Fisher House through this program.”
For over 45 years, Remke Industries has been manufacturing a wide variety of electrical products for industrial, MRO, OEM and commercial applications. Remke products are Made in the USA, UL Listed, CSA Certified and include cord connectors & wire mesh grips, metallic & non-metallic connectors, mini & micro molded connectors & cordsets, metal clad cable connectors, watertight conduit hubs and more. With the EVEN HEROES NEED A HELPING HAND program, every time a customer purchases an eligible Remke product 5% of that sale will be donated to Fisher House.
Founded in 1990, Fisher House Foundation donates ‘comfort homes’ so that active duty, retired or veterans and their families can face medical crises together. Located across the United States and overseas, homes are built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers.
Since its inception, Fisher House has provided over 2 million lodging days and served more than 110,000 families who stay in these homes free of charge.
