 January 19, 2007 - FREMONT, CA – Omron Scientific Technologies, Inc. introduces MA-S Series Magnetically Actuated Safety Interlock Switches and Actuators. Both switch and actuator feature stainless steel housings for robust, corrosion-resistant operation in harsh environments. The NEMA 6 enclosure and large variety of available stainless steel-housed contact configurations satisfy any number of demanding application requirements. The non-contact MA-S Series is designed to operate with guard door misalignment of up to 10mm while providing a minimum of one million actuations in temperatures up to 125°C (257°F).
