Pepperl+Fuchs Acquires Extec Oesterle GmbH

TWINSBURG, OH – March 10, 2005 – Pepperl+Fuchs announces the acquisition of Extec Oesterle GmbH. Headquartered in Esslingen, Germany, Extec is a leading manufacturer of industrial PC components and visualization equipment used in hazardous locations, with a focus on equipment used for the human interface to automation systems in such locations.
