PowerXpress releases H100USB HART field device power supply kit
September 1, 2009 – PowerXpress Solutions announces the release of the PowerXpress Model H100USB HART field device power supply kit. The PowerXpress reduces multiple device connections and simplifies the wiring process for quick, easy, safe and reliable device communication. This product works with existing handheld or PC-based configuration software tools. This innovative solution to connecting and powering a HART-enabled device facilitates device configuration, adjustment or troubleshooting and works with all 24VDC instrumentation.

The PowerXpress is a complete portable and flexible power solution kit that quickly delivers the required power to smart devices and provides the required HART network load needed for device configuration and commissioning. Portable power is supplied from the USB port on your laptop or the included AC/USB power adapter and works with existing handheld or PC-based configuration software applications.

PowerXpress benefits include:
  • Quickly supplies 24VDC power to 2-wire devices using a laptop USB connection or a 110/220VAC power adapter (included)
  • Simplifies modem, handheld and digital multimeter connections
