| Precise Automation and Pacific Technical Products Sign Distribution Agreement | ||

Los Altos & Valencia, California – August 29, 2006 – Precise Automation, a leading innovator in low-cost, high performance automation, and Pacific Technical Products, a leading provider of High Technology Motion Control and Automation Solutions, have entered into a distribution agreement. This agreement allows Pacific Technical Products to sell and support Precise Automation’s products in Southern California. These products include PrecisePlace Robots, Guidance Motion Controllers and PreciseVision Software. Brian Fisher, President of Pacific Technical Products, stated, “Precise Automation brings new and innovative products to the market. These products are at a feature/value point which customers have been requesting.
