PREMO announces transformers for Power over Ethernet
April 9, 2008 - PREMO presents a family of transformers specially designed for Power over Ethernet applications (Powered devices in IEEE802.3af-compliant). The family includes three sizes (EP7,EP10 and EP13) for 3W, 7W and 13W applications.

The topology is Flyback transformer with continuous mode working at 250 KHz and Input voltage is 36-72Volts, operating temperature range is -40 to +85C and achieve an isolation of 1500Vrms between primary and bias winding to the secondary winding. All models are RoHs compliant.

Premo designs and manufacture standard and special transformers for more than 40 years and its wide products range includes small power transformer and chokes up to big planar and conventional transformer for 10.000W.
