ProSoft Technology Introduces PC56-Historian
Prosoft Technology’s PC56-Historian offers high-speed, real-time and efficient data collection for Rockwell Automation ControlLogix platform. Seamlessly delivers plant floor data to enterprise systems
For IT professionals, the PC56-Historian is a PC that can run either Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP operating systems and seamlessly deliver plant floor data to enterprise systems. It is perfect for ease of configuration and data retrieval while making enterprise connectivity a snap.

Manufacturing professionals will appreciate that this rugged PC plugs right into popular Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC chassis. No extra installation or wiring is required. Installing and configuring a PC56-Historian will not effect the operation of ControlLogix control programming.

PC56-Historian makes it easy for IT and manufacturing to effectively reach their goals for improved product quality, meeting regulatory standards, process optimization and ease of use.

The PC56-Historian features a standard configuration tool that enables easy set up of real-time data collection, directly across the backplane of an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix chassis. Data is efficiently stored on the PC56-Historian and can be accessed by other software running on it or remotely through a network connection.
