.jpg) Remke Custom Capabilities for Interconnects & Cordsets In Remke’s family of Tuff-Link™ industrial interconnects & cordsets customers can mix and match from our extensive selection of special materials, special hardware, special wiring, custom packaging and private labeling to develop the product that meets specific applications or environmental needs. SPECIAL MATERIALS Remke coupling nuts choices include five types of special materials: anodized aluminum, stainless steel, non-metallic, nickel-plated brass and Peek™ polymers For overmolding and cable the selection includes these materials: SPECIAL HARDWARE At Remke customers can choose from five types of custom shells; flange mount, panel mount, back panel mount, P.C. type and SAE or metric threading. The selection of couplers includes either internally threaded, externally threaded or the ‘housing protective’ type where the coupler is threaded but covers the entire sensor for protection. And customers can also choose from a range of adapters – from ¼” NPT to ½” NPT which are available in aluminum, brass or stainless steel. SPECIAL WIRING For custom products or specials, Remke offers several types of special wiring including: combination wiring where one side is parallel and the other is wired in series; interlocking circuit wiring; parallel wiring; series wiring; and wiring that is specified by a customer. Custom packaging and private labeling is also available. Remke is second-to-none in manufacturing and production of custom connectors. To provide our customers with the most choices and the quickest turn-time on orders, Remke manufactures and stocks an extensive amount of product at the component level. |
