.jpg) July 5, 2007 - The ASM01Y spring contact is a single pole, vibration resistant, SMD which allows for a solderless termination. The construction allows the connection of pinned components and individual solid wires ranging in size from 18 – 14 AWG, or stranded wires with ferrules. The device is perfect for SMT applications and is available in tape and reel. The ASM01Y is THR compatible and can withstand soldering temperatures of 290°C for 90 seconds. Furthermore, the component can be soldered either on the component or the soldering side. Covering only 3.5mm², the ASM01Y is a compact, fast, and economical connector solution. |
