October 1, 2009 Schneider Electric is expanding its partnership with Fort Worth, Texas, electronic component distributor Allied Electronics to include National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) control products. Schneider Electrics partnership with Allied Electronics allows us to serve customers who wouldnt normally be reached through our more traditional channels, said Rob Laub, director, Schneider Electric National Channel Accounts. Allied Electronics has done a terrific job of reaching those key customers, and the expansion of this partnership allows Schneider Electric to provide its quality, reliable NEMA control products to this important market. Schneider Electric NEMA control products that are now available from Allied Electronics include: Schneider Electric IEC control products distributed by Allied Electronics since 2003 include contactors, relays, 22 mm push buttons, solid-state sensors, limit switches and XVB/XVP stacklights. The addition of Schneider Electric NEMA control products to the Allied Electronics catalog increases the options we can make available to our customers, added John Overholt, Allied Electronics product marketing manager. This complements our companys many value propositions, including a wide variety of products to meet customers needs, our 55 sales branches and the assignment of dedicated account representatives.
