| Sensotec--Calibration Class Ultra-Precision Load Cell |
 The Imperial Class Load Cells are an ultra-precision 'pancake' style load cell with a pull plate and calibration adaptor to ensure high repeatability when used in a test frame. These load cells are calibrated and traceable to NIST making them ideal for most high accuracy applications, including use in the metrology lab and as a reference standard for calibrating other load cells. This rugged tension/compression load cell is designed for low creep and delivers accuracy to 0.02% across ranges from 250 lbs. to 100,000 lbs. The Imperial Class Load Cell is fully welded and manufactured from 17-4 PH stainless steel. The rugged, thin-line design features a full scale deflection of only 0.004" and an overload capacity of 125%. Industry standard mounting dimensions and excellent resistance to off-axis loading makes this one of our most accurate units. The Imperial Class Load Cell can be supplied as part of a system that includes a high accuracy signal conditioning system and windows based software. These components can be supplied calibrated and traceable as one integral system. Options include A.S.T.M. E74 calibration, Signature Calibration, weatherproof and submersible cable configurations, and overload stops. Available now from Sensotec, pricing begins at $900 including the integral pull plate.
