 Sensotecs unique hand-held Model WP9000 weld probe is ISO 17025 certified to satisfy the manufacturers needs to validate or re-validate resistance weld forces. This easy-to-use battery powered unit is immune to weld current and instantly captures peak weld-tip force achieved during the weld cycle. WP9000 meets all ISO/QS traceability and uncertainty requirements. Results are clearly visible on the large 4-digit LCD display with a full scale accuracy of 0.5%. The spring-mounted load cell features 150% overload capacity to insure years of dependable service and consistent results. Applications include the calibration of servo transguns and automated welders. The WP9000 is commonly used by automotive tier-1 and tier-2 manufacturers to troubleshoot the weld process, conduct proof-of-process studies and validate machine rebuilds.
