January 26, 2009 - Softing announced a new version of its industry-hardened OPC Toolbox. Softings OPC Toolbox is a collection of OPC Toolkits for the rapid development of conformant OPC DA, AE, and XML-DA Clients and Servers. The new OPC Toolbox Version 4.22 contains a critical mass of new and intriguing features. Using Softings OPC Toolbox enables every software designer to concentrate on his/her project goal and not on learning the intricacies of DCOM, SOAP, or other technologies. Softing has specifically designed its OPC development tools to manage todays legacy requirements, while at the same time ensuring the easy migration from OPC DA, AE, and HDA to OPC UA.
