.jpg) ORLANDO, FL, October 27, 2004 (Automation Fair) – Sola/Hevi-Duty is pleased to announce the SOLATRONTM Plus, an innovative new solution for improving industrial power quality in factory automation and critical commercial equipment. The SOLATRONTM Plus 3-Phase Power Conditioner protects against common power quality problems by providing true voltage regulation, surge protection, and noise isolation — even through inductive and poor power factor loads. “Most 3-phase critical industrial equipment has to settle for commercial grade products that include fans or susceptible, unprotected electronics,” said Suzette Albert, Product Manager, Sola/Hevi-Duty. “The SOLATRONTM Plus combines state-of-the-art, enhanced voltage regulation technology together with the ruggedness of Sola/Hevi-Duty Shielded Isolation transformers and encapsulated all mode surge suppression to ensure clean, virtually maintenance-free power.” Within an input voltage range of –25% to +15%, the SOLATRONTM Plus produces an output voltage of less than +/-5% of nominal voltage regulation to maintain as stable, smooth power for critical processes and production.
