August 23, 2006 - The Spartan Scientific Series 4B23 solenoid valve is a direct acting, media separated two-way two-position dry operator valve in which the media remains isolated from the metal working components of the valve, creating a two-way contamination barrier. The media remains untainted by the metals in the operator and at the same time, the moving parts of the valve are protected from the effects of particulates and aggressive chemicals. The valve has two body ports for easy fluid connection.
Available in 1/4 and 3/8 inch NPT connections with orifice ranges from 2.4mm to 5mm, the versatile 4B23 has a wide variety of flow and operating ranges enabling it to accommodate a variety of applications. Available in normally open or normally closed configurations, the 4B23 features a DIN quick connect coil or flying leads connection. A rolling type diaphragm, life cycle proven metal operator components and a fully encapsulated coil system ensure that the 4B23 will have a long trouble free life.
